The main idea of the entire design was to create a compact and adaptable parking garage, which is both ecologically sustainable in terms of its architectural and operational solutions, as well as sustainable over time in terms of maintenance and operation, and requires a minimum of technology for the operation of the house. At the same time, its aesthetic effect will create an appropriate iconic form that will complement the surrounding environment full of distinctive architectural dominants.
